"Seeds and the good soil"
"The Good Soil" is the name by which the Bible institutes of the Church of God in Brazil are identified.
In our years as missionaries in this country, we had the opportunity to sow seeds in this area by supporting "The Good Soil" Institute in the Amazon region (in the city of Itaituba, Pará state), "The Good Soil" Institute in the city of Curitiba (Paraná state), and the online institute of the Church of God in Brazil.
Our missionary concept in this area is simple: to humbly share the ministerial knowledge we have acquired so that it becomes marks of Christ that leave a lasting impact on the lives of our listeners.
We were able to teach subjects such as cross-cultural missions, counseling, life of the minister, pastoral epistles, hermeneutics, exegesis, introduction to the Bible, Revelation, and Christian education.
Thus, through this service in the Bible institutes and in other teaching activities within churches (sermons, Bible studies, devotions, conferences, lectures, and writings), we achieved one of our predetermined missionary goals: to offer our "seeds" and leave "tracks of Christ" in the area of teaching.
Throughout these experiences, we too were spiritually shaped by our brothers and sisters and everything they brought into our lives.
We are grateful for the opportunity we have had—and continue to have—to serve the Church in the field of missionary and general ministerial learning.

We ask that you continue praying for this area of our mission, as well as for all the Bible institutes and the teaching ministry of the Church of God in general, both in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
